Lil Pig Digital offers a system-installation service designed to help founder-led experiential brands simplify their marketing infrastructure, clarify messaging, and establish a repeatable publishing cadence.

We believe strongly in the value of this system.

Because of that, we offer the following service guarantee.

180-Day System Guarantee

If a client completes the 90-Day System Installation and actively implements the documented system for 180 days, and the system proves unusable, ineffective, or fundamentally misaligned with the client’s business operations, Lil Pig Digital will refund the service fee.

This guarantee exists to ensure that clients feel confident investing in building a long-term growth system.

What This Guarantee Covers

The guarantee applies if:

• The system delivered cannot be reasonably operated by the client’s team

• The documented workflows are not usable in practice

• The installed infrastructure fails to support consistent publishing or messaging

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Lack of implementation by the client

• Significant changes in business direction after the system is delivered

• Market conditions or revenue outcomes

• Marketing performance that depends on external platforms or algorithms

Lil Pig Digital installs systems designed to support consistent growth efforts.

However, business outcomes depend on execution, market factors, and operational decisions beyond our control.

Implementation Requirement

To qualify for the guarantee, clients must:

• Participate in the installation process

• Review and approve documentation during the project

• Attempt to operate the system for the 180-day evaluation period

Good Faith Resolution

If a client believes the system is not functioning as intended, Lil Pig Digital will first attempt to resolve the issue through consultation and adjustments before issuing a refund.

Our goal is always to ensure the system works for the client’s team.
